    As far as I know, the cables are no longer available from conventional sources. You might check salvage yards, but Quadstar Tuning will be coming out

    If it has the 4911 pump and the linkage hasn't been hacked up, you'll want the cable for a 1993 6.5TD. It should be what was used for the conversion.
