The EPA has lowered the boom (huge fines) on aftermarket companies that sell options for truck owners that defeat emissions control systems or put the truck in violation of the Clean Air Act. Even Youtubers who produce videos showing how to defeat the emissions control systems are getting into trouble... at the least, their videos are demonetized and/or removed from indexing.
