Had my truck today at the Dealer for ignition switch problem and replace tailgate handle bezzel.Also tighten up the camper mirrors. Called me up and said truck was done so picked up signed paper at front desk and went home. When I got home I was reading the work order and it said replaced both batteries and battery block. I thought somebody goofed on the paper work . So anyway I popped the hood and sure enough two new batteries and the red plastic door on my positive cables had broke and they replaced it and I never had mentioned it.Paper work said slow cranking speed tested batteries and replaced. Now thats what I call great service !! My Dealer is Saxon in Elk River MN.. :D
