HIGH IDLE HELP

Some Help Please? Does anyone know about the info. I read a while back about hooking up a HIGH IDLE setup without using any switches? I remember something about using the brake light wire as a power source and I remember something about a question of torque converter lockup by using that particular setup, but I can't remember who posted it or if there was any problem with the cruse control after they did what they did. Man it's tough to admit that your photographic memory doesn't work anymore, I guess it ran out of film.
Appreciate any helpful advice on what to do.
