'01 Belt Tensioner

I just ordered a belt tensioner from GM parts direct. Is there any special procedures or tools required to replace? Is it as easy as it looks? Mine realy started sqeeeeeking today so I ordered one. 44K on truck. Thanks in advance, and, GOD Bless the US and our troops!!

Yes, its that easy, just make sure you line up the 'pin'on the back of the tensioner with the pocket on the alt bracket. You will see it when you remove the old one. Might not be a bad idea to replace the belt since you'll have it loose.
