Battery Replacement / Upgrade

Has anyone replaced 1 or more batteries on their DMAX? I'm looking to replace 1 or both of mine soon (2002) and upgrade to some Optima batteries. I'm wondering about the size/fitting of the optimas and perhaps cranking/winching performance if anyone has swapped, Thanks.

I've been keeping an eye on my OEM Delco's... so-far, so-good but, at the first sign of problems I plan to replace with Optima Redtops or the Sams's Club Spiral-cell battery that mdrag used...

I put Optimas in my 2002 before the OE Delcos started to leak...
