P0101 & P0404 after injector replacement?

I finally found a dealer that cured my "smoke at idle" problem (all eight replaced). But the next time I started the truck after I left the dealer, the SES light came on. Checked it with my Predator, & it's a P0101 & P0404, MAF & EGR. Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this? Loose connection somewhere? I use a stock AC Delco air filter, so it shouldn't be oil contamination on the MAF sensor. I just thought I'd ask before I took it back to the dealer.

Hard telling, could be MAF sensor, or EGR as they are interrelated. First I'd check and see that the MAF and EGR valves are plugged in.

Could be something not functioning properly in the vacuum system from the install.
