Towing with Juice level 3.

I have a Big towing trip coming up and I was wondering how juice level 3 works for a heavy tow. I will have about 16000 lbs. behind me with the trailer. In the past I have towed with juice setting on 2 and have been very satisfied.

If your looking for an opinion,not an endorsement, it's Not recommended, but only you can be the judge by monitoring gauge(s) EGT'S especially and tranny shift feel.....

I do it all the time, even at 34,000#. Watch your EGT, and don't try to pull hills at 55mph in OD (EGT will rise a bunch). Makes the trips much shorter.

I've never used anything but level 3 regular for towing. My heaviest was towing a 1950 1 1/2 ton Dodge dump truck back from Minnesota, combined was 16,500. As long as you're not going through mountains and don't have it to the floor while accelerating, you'll be fine. :D
