"Service 4WD" warranty work cost me power

Here is something odd- A few weeks ago my "Service 4WD" light came on. The stop/start instructions gave no help so I took out the Juice box and went to the dealer.

The dealer told me they did a computer reflash per a service bulletin.

I reinstalled the Juice. I have given the truck over a thousand miles to let the tranny relearn the Juice, etc.

I have lost over a full second on my 0-6 times and almost a full second on my 1/4 mile. The truck is noticeably different towing too.

Anyone else had this warranty work done and noticed a loss of power?

i will say this i had some computer probs and the new reflashed comp not only held back power but kept some products from working at all,what hope find a person to reflash it with.it seeems that maybe big brother may be trying to hold us down
