Won't Start

I had the juice chip installed with the attitude. I have noticed if I run in any setting after warm up. When I shut the engine down and restart it cranks longer than before the install. Yesterday I had a real scare. Had to take my new trailer to the dealer about 45 miles away. First time I've towed with the chip, setting on 2. Got to the dealer dropped off the trailer and went shopping. When I tried to start the truck it would only crank. Shut the key off and tried 3 different times. Disconnected the chip and it fired right away. Shut it down hooked the chip up again and it started. Any suggestions? :eek:

I have had the same problem since the upgrade to the Attitude. A couple of times it just cranked without a start. Then try again it starts right up. Maybe a loose pin? I am going to check mine tonight. This has only happened twice in about 15 starts.

Mine did the same thing.
Phoned Edge. They said to send it back, they sent me another one.
