Fast idle mod.

I would like to know anyones experiance after installing the fast idle mod.
I did the mod on mine as per JK's instuctions from the web site.
I have with the switch on, a high idle of 1250, it works great, except the high idle does not cancel with the brake pedal or by putting it in gear. When you turn the switch on, high idle is absolute.
I have emailed JK on this and have got no responce.

Received your emails. Even the sarcastic one when I did not reply. The first one stated:

"It is however acceptable as is."

Did not see a question in it so I did not reply.


For the benefit of the general readership, it seems that some trucks do not revert back to normal speed on brake application. No idea why. I'd suggest looking for a power source that is only active in park or similar setup. Revisions to this free tip are planned....
