I seem to be down about 2 quarts every 2,000 miles in the overflow tank. It is not over heating or venting it while hot, there are no apparent leaks ??
Anybody had a similar problem or better yet a cure.
Tape a plastic pepsi bottle to the end of your overflow hose. See if it fills up. If so, then your probably looking at a leaking head gasket or injector cup seal. The combustion gases are entering the cooling system and pressurizing it and blowing it out the overflow hose. Also look for black dust like particles in your plastic tank. This would be combustion material.

I had the same problem. Could be leaking at cup seals, head gaskets, or (like mine was) at the waterpump.
