Anybody know if the Shell Rotella diesel fuel additive is alcohol free?

ROTELLA DFA is a diesel fuel additive package intended for use as a bottled all season aftermarket product in #2 diesel fuel. The 96-oz. bottle of ROTELLA DFA is used to treat 300 gallons of fuel, and the 32-oz. bottle is used to treat 100 gallons of fuel. It is ashless and does not contain chlorine, alcohol or phosphorus. At normal treat rates, ROTELLA DFA delivers "superior" detergency performance as defined by the Cummins Material Specification 60032. Using ROTELLA DFA at higher concentration levels increases the cleaning power of your fuel even more. At higher dosages, ROTELLA DFA can deliver piston-cleaning performance!"

I believe Rotella DFA is also a water demulsifier.
