I think Mackin's point was RWTD said Predator didn't allow their product to be sold this way.

not much of a deal on that one anyway, I have had quotes from other distrubtors for $595 anyway. Why not just go through a reputable dealer?

What I said was true, that DiabloSport Products are not allowed to be sold by their dealers on eBay, but DiabloSport, nor myself, monitors eBay 24/7. As previously said, if anyone sees the Predator on eBay, and it is from a "dealer", then please notify general@diablosport.com

If you notice, this auction didn't even end with anyone purchasing the product at $595 that was listed.
