Tom,
Interesting that your D/6sp averages almost 3mph more than the D/A's. Any idea why?
Are your odometers re-calibrated for your wheels and tires, or do they actually have more miles on them, than what the odometer says? ;)

5:30am Thanksgiving Morning .... D'max is loaded and headed out the driveway .... pulling JD tractor with mower, front bucket & tiller to Grandpa's house, 300 miles west in NC Mountains .... for several years part of our Thanksgiving is for us to scrape his driveway, plow his garden and clean-up his yard (many, many leaves) ... do hope all you folks have a most happy holiday .... Jim
Brokers
you said that your D/A pretty much had " nothing but the usual maintenance ".
My questions is, with those high miles, how are your wheel bearings fairing?
Is there a suggested miles that we need to clean/repack them?
Happy thanksgiving to all.
I know I have a lot to be thankful for.
My families health,business doing well
and A truck that still puts a smile on my face
every time I drive it!!
