First Pull with the D-Max and thoughts

Glad to see another vette owner, i did my 1st pull about a month ago, my son inlaw who thinks that ford is the only word in the world, had my daughter call me and ask if i could help them bring there 4x4 ford home for them because they broke a rod in the engine. well my wife and i filled the d-max and drove 100 miles to get them, had to rent a trailer where they were and loaded it up, going over a mountain pass, with 5 adults,one flatbed trailer and the ford, son in law says WOW don't even know the ford is in tow. 65mph overdrive, and cruise control. took them home, took the trailer back,and headed home. 400 miles later and we are home, 17.7 mpg. WHAT A TRUCK!
