autometer gauges

I just got my Autometer C2 gauges and piller mount from Jegs. The instructions for the pyro state to install the threaded fitting into a 1/8" npt hole. The fitting looks way bigger than 1/8 :eek:

For those members who installed a Autometer pyro, what size bit did you use for the hole and what size tap?

For those members who installed a Autometer pyro, what size bit did you use for the hole and what size tap? A => 1/8-27 NPT calls for a => .3390 bit ....
A=> 1/4-18 NPT calls for a => .4375 bit..
So says my chart .....

1/8-27 Tap....5/16" bit will work just fine.
