Injector Pump failure: part two

Well, the dealer replaced the injector pump and told me that they are also going to replace all 8 injectors. My concern now is that he claims they have them in stock. I am going to ask to see the boxes to check the part number to make sure they are the new style injectors. My fear is that they have the old style injectors and are going to put those in instead. Is there a posting or does anyone know the part number of the new ones? Thank you for all the help.

There should be no "old" injectors left in stock. They were recalled and replaced, after a long period of back order. Several dealers now have them in stock, due to the campaign.

If your dealer installs the older injectors in your vehicle, you still qualify for the 7/200K warranty, and they did not perform the work according to the campaign bulletin.
