I just programed my 05 gmc and it really goes but the trans is not smooth.
And the DIC fuel milege seems to jump around.
It is on 60 hp setting.
Is this normal???

It may take a while for the Allison adaptive learn to catch up to your new driving style and current conditions.

Power boxes/programs tend to screw with the DIC fuel economy calculations.

I have the Predator on a '05 Duramax.
Don't pull much of a load at any setting without monitoring your exhaust temps.
The Predator runs very hot.
I have emailed them about this but no reply.

Any box or tuner that does not add boost (Edge included) will increase EGT on the LLY. I have been working with Diablo on revising/refining the tunes and can hapily say they are getting close to completion.

and get a boost increase???
