easy to add cruise on 04 LLY?

the new truck is a work truck with no power goodies and no cruise control but does have automatic tranny.

how easy is it to add cruise? just buy the right multi-function stalk and stick it in the column plugged-in?

Although I've never heard of anyone doing it on a newer vehicle, it should be simple. It worked on my '95 6.5L, which was delivered with no power/comfort features.

Add the stalk and try it. You may have to program the PCM to get the computer to recognize the inputs.

I added cruise on my LB7 and you're right, it was just a matter of changing the multi-function stalk.
