You might want to review the information in the Diesel Primer (http://www.thedieselpage.com/members/features/primer.htm) article, available to you in the Member's Area of the web site. This should help familiarize you with some of the basics in diesel ownership.

Also, the Duramax 6600 volume (http://www.thedieselpage.com/duramaxbook.htm) includes a lot of information that might help.

Otherwise, Helm Inc (http://www.helminc.com) sells the GM factory service & owners manuals.
