Filters for 2005 same as 2001?

I'm trading my 2001 3500 ec duramax for new 2005 2500 cc with the lly duramax. Are the air, oil and fuel filters all the same or different?
Should I expect better or worse mileage with this lly?

Yes, and no....

GM updated the fuel filter. Oil & air should be the same.

Thanks for the help. In checking further, I found that fuel has changed but can still use old one. This is good news since I still have part of a case and several oil and air filters.
