LLY AFE Stage 1 or 2?

What is the major difference between the AFE stage 1 and 2. I this difference between 1 and 2 worth the price difference? And is the progaurd 7 filter worth the extra price?

The stage two gets a slightly different element (inverted top) and replaces the plastic air box to turbo tube with a somewhat less restrictive one.

The Pro Guard 7 element is more plies of a better filter media to help clean the air better than the std cotton gauze media.

I had read there were some issues with the early LLY Stage 2 kits.. Are all of these issue fix or was this just romors?

I haven't seen any issues myself. I haven't sold just a ton of them, but I believe that I've got enough out there to get a decent feel.
