Is there an after-market hole for my fuel tank that is the 'large-size' instead of the smaller standard size. I hate driving around from pump to pump checking to see if the nozzle is the correct size. It's even more of a pain if I'm towing something

Do a search on "fuel filler" or 'filler neck" for info, go to this website for product.

I just added the Transfer Flow 45 gallon tank to my Dmax, and added the large filler neck with it - should be no more hassles at the pump!!!

Just got my 04 and it seems they noe have the "large" hole, about time!
Question for mulerose, does your 04 have the new motor? My 04 has the old motor and I am assuming the smaller neck. It sure would be nice just to change mine over to the newer one!

If you all have the new motor (LLY) then transferflow does not have a tank for you...yet. Found that out when I was called for my scheduled appointment to find out what my 8th digit was on my vin. If 1, come on it, if 2, well wait until they have a solution. There was something about the sending unit that was altered on the LLY '04s
I did get my 45 gal tank installed yesterday along with the big filler neck...NICE!

What kind of job is it to change the filler-neck
