what kind of fuel filter

What kind of fuel filter is everyone using? The dealer wants $41 for one from them. Do you have to use AC Delco for warranty? Found a purolator for $29.

At the present time, they are all the same, and the only difference is the ink on the outside. Now i have no real way of knowing if there are "seconds" or any substandard series available, but I doubt it. The odd shape and thread was designed to make it difficult/impractical for the aftermarket filter mfr's to produce. The thing you want to be sure of when ordering online is that you group a few items (like oil and Allison filters etrc) together to spread the shipping out. I stock them at $28ea.
