LLY will not take WOT in low gears

I recently put a edge EZ on my LLy, and it did not work well from the beginning, going into limp home mode qiute frequently. I finally decieded to unplug the EGR and it has not gone into limp home since, but it will not take WOT in the low gears, like off the line. In higher gears, it pulls like a train though. Is a finger stick adjusment to the EGr the solution to this, or is the box acting funny? Thanks

How many miles on the fuel filter?

the filter only has about 4000 on it, it is a new dual element that i orderd from you.

Without the EZ it revs fine? Unplugging the EGR should not really affect it. Something could be wrong with the EGR I guess as we've seen numerous valves replaced on stock trucks.

I will unplug the EZ and plug the EGR back in to see what it does. I also scedueled an appointment to get the filter replaced again, just in case. If it still does not work, i will have the EGR removed, cleaned or replaced, though this is the second one I have had, then I well go from there.
