Fuel Mileage Mods?

I Just bought my 05 GMC and was wondering if anyone has had any good fuel mileage gains from any aftermarket upgrades. Exhaust, Intakes, Programers, Chips, ETC.

My fuel economy is about the same as it was before the mods, but boy does it run good now!

Many promises, but few verifiable results. I always suggest my FPPF fuel conditioner as a good way to gain a small amount of economy as well as quiet the rattle and clean/lubricate/protect the fuel system.
