Thinking about buying a duramax?

I currently own a 6.5 td 1 ton dually and it runs and looks good but am ready for a newer truck. Would like a 2wd 3500 dually.
Is there anything I should know or keep my eye on while shopping? (like the fregging finicky injection pump on the 6.5)

A year ago I too was the owner of a 6.5 TD and upgraded to an 04 Duramax. One very happy camper ever since.

I miss my 6.5 Burb, but not the fidlin to make it work. Love my D-Max :rolleyes:

I just sold my 96 Dually 6.5 and up graded to an 05 Duramax and couldn't be happier. My dually had all the up grades (exhaust, intercooler, chip, ect.) and the stock Duramax out pulled it on a recent trip down to Bullhead to get a load of hay.
This truck didn't miss a beat, now if I could only get my wife out of the drivers seat! :cool:
