Remove the Acc. belt and run it. It won't hurt anything for a short run, the water pump is internally driven. Don't run it too long, about 10 minutes would be OK, and watch your ECT. You may get the SES light, but if you didn't have it before, don't worry about it. You or the dealer can clear them later.
If the noise goes away, your problem is one of the accessories; alternator, PS pump, A/C, pulley, etc.
If the noise continues, check:
Torque convertor bolts. There is a TSB on this..warranty item. Have your dealer check out Bulletin No.: 03-07-30-037B.
Turbo downpipe. Look in the passenger side wheel opening, lift up the rear of the liner and point a flashlight in there. You should see the downpipe, and if it hasn't had the upgrade, the mounting tab(s) may be cracked, usually bolted to the exhaust manifold. Mine cracked early on and I welded it. Still good 80K later.
There are other possible causes, but start with these. Come back with your results.
