View Full Version : Turning up the pump, how to?

Took off the high-idle solenoid and took out the three bolts holding the top cover on the pump, expecting to see the adjustment screw.

Instead there is a big bar that runs from front to back that is hooked to the gas (er, sorry, fuel) pedal.

Anybody point me to a detailed how-to to do this, my turbo is on but I have little to no more power than before.

Thanks!

Look on-line for a coppy of the banks' sidewinder turbo install instructions. It does a real good job.

I just asked the same question. Look at "injection pump problems" in this forum it has pictures and everything. Just what you need. The pictures are at the end of the post though.
