I was hoping the turbo was leaking but after testing it appears not. I removed the ATS pressure chamber, cleaned out all the oil from the inside of the turbo outlet (intake pressure side) and then tested. I found there was no oil being displaced ... I ran the truck with nothing connected to the turbo both cold and hot. I could hold a rag against the opening and create back pressure for the turbo but the rag never got oily at all.
I am thinking it must be excessive blow-by getting put into the intake via the CDR, I can see a far amount of gasses coming from the CDR but it doesn't seem to be enough to create the amount of oil I am getting in the intake. Could it be coming up from the combustion camber???
Any suggested tests ... it's looking like I'll need to get a rebuild or new to me engine soon
