I was told by a tech at DSG (Canada) that the 2050 psi spec 6.5L injectors had too high a pop pressure for the 4911 mechanical pump - he said they had tried it and mileage down along with hot start problems?
Now, I am not endorsing his opinion nor offering any opinion of my own. I'm just passing on info so that we can have a knowlegeable discussion.
His suggestion was using marine spec injectors set at 1900 psi pop pressure.
What thinks all ye of greater experience than mine own?
