water pump shaft length?

I was just wondering if the 6.2 had two different waterpump shaft lengths for the vbelt-pumps

I noticed that my alt and power steering pump sit a little bit back behind the water pump pulley causing the belts to run at an angle??

I'm not aware of anything other that one WP shaft length.

You may have a pulley issue... i.e. using the wrong groove in a 2-groove pulley made for an A/C equipped truck. Or, a bracket issue might be causing an alignment prob.
