serpentine belt sytem

Hi from Istanbul,

We are putting a 6,2L J coded army engine to my 1995 Tahoe.We have put the tranny and engine today.And we have started the engine,but we have a belt problem.The belt is coming out from its way after starting.
We used only AC,P/S pump,generator from my 350 engine and I ordered serpentine belt dress kit from Peninsular for a 1993 Suburban W/AC(included all brackets and pulleys,crank pulley,P/S pump pulley,water pump pulley,tensioner).Tensioner and generator seems little in inside.After starting the engine,the belts comes out quickly therefore we have put some metal washer for tensioner and generator but the belt is not turning as balanced yet.
I need some idea about where we made a mistake and if there is a member who has 91-93 6,2L serpentine belt system w/AC,I want to check tensioner,belt and generator parts number.

make sure you have the motor mount hoist tab behind the alternator mount on the drivers side head.

It's got two bolt holes that correspond to the front of the head between the alternator mount and cyl head. It sticks up about 4" with a giant oval hole that they use for hoisting the engines in the trucks at the factory.

I have got 3 parts behind the generator(2 of them bracket generator and the brace rear generator, according to my invoice).

We have found the hoist tab,we were not used it before,we have installed it and it seems every pulleys are in the same line.We didnt test it very long but it seems OK.
