idle at 600 rpm

i got a 1994 gmc its idleing at 600 rpm what should idle be at? thank you

There should be a decal on the radiator cover that specifies curb and fast idle speeds, but if it's not there 650-700 RPM in neutral is good. Is there even a manual adjustment for electronic pumps?
