My son and I have our 83 k2500 project working really good, except for one or two things (bugs to work out)
1) when its cold it will start fine and then at some point it will just die as if the key was turned off but will restart instantly without hesitation. I didnt notice it until we had the 700r4 rebuilt they put in new torque converter and assured me there was no way for tranny to lock up and kill, plus it would act diffently . so I have to look at something else engine related. any ideas? after its warmed up it never dies
2) driving downthe road it kinda grabs and goes off to one side not bad just enough tomake you think toe in or loose tierod but steering seems to be tight. new tires.
3) seatbelt bolts  I cant even budge them with a hammer impact . somebody cut off the ends so they wouldnt get bugged when sitting on seat so I have no seatbelts in vehicle and need to get some in a hurry, but I can't break them loose for nothing. any ideas?
