vapor out the dip stick spot

i found a 1993 Z71 the 6.2L is very very strong but it has alot of vapor coming out the dip stick spot i was wondering should i buy it or leave it

how cheap? Sounds like it has A LOT of blow-by, it will probably need an engine somewhere down the road, and sounds like sooner than later.

the man is asking $2,500 for it ...i drove it all day to day engine seems to have plenty of powercranks very quieckly also
