Does the IP timing have anything to do with idle RPM? Once I got the new engine started, it didn't want to idle. Instead, it wants to run WAY fast! I don't have a tach, but I was so scared I shut it off. Now, I havn't tried anything yet, so it could be something simple, but I do know the throttle wasn't stuck, and I also know the throttle returns all the way and dosn't bind or anything. I think the first thing I will try is disconnecting the fast idol solinoid. then, I guess I could check the fuel return line. Further than that, I'm stumped!
