85 3/4 Ton Suburban 6.2

A friend is selling his 2wd Suburban with a 6.2. The truck has a straight body and no rust. There are 210k miles on it with a recent set of injectors, lift pump, glow plugs and water pump. Any suggestions that anyone can give on what to be looking out for on the engine and the most common failures would be appreciated?

If it starts, makes good power and doesn't blow blue/white smoke after it is warmed up, it should be a good runner.

Look for fluid contamination,Oil in coolant,etc.Also,air in coolant(bubbles in radiator).
