I bought a set of tires from Hi-Tec Retreading last year for my 99 K2500 extracab. I had a problem with one of the tires, but they sent me a new one for no additional charge. (I was pretty rough on them, but apparently didn't need to be.) I have been completely satisfied with the tires. They ride well (Michelin casings) and show almost no wear at all. An inexpensive alternative. I guess I owe them a plug for being so rough on them. I've been really happy with the tires. They can be found at the following site:
