`83 P/30 StepVan...6.2 powered

I want to check out this Chevy StepVan for sale near me.It`s the big 1 ton w/5front/10rear lugs.It`s an`83 with a 6.2/4spd.I don`t see any rust on it,I`mthinking it may be an aluminum one.Has anyone owned one of these or driven one?I hope to get a chance to check it out soon.

Grumman was a builder of these aluminum van bodied utility trucks back in the 80's. I don't know much about them except that there have been several mentioned through the years.

This one is steel.It`s the Chevrolet Body,no rust.Could it be possible for an`82-spec motor to run over into a few`83s?
