help with hydraulic clutch hose

I have converted my 87 suburban to a manual trans and My friend gave me a new set of hyd master/slave cylinders for a 88 C/K chevy. I installed them with no problems but no one can get me just the hydraulic hose that runs between them. I thout the would be like brake bittings but there not. and Im sure there metric. Can any body tell what size fittings I need. Or where to get a hose. The dealer said I had to purches the slave or the master cylinder but couldent tell me witch one it came with.

which side is the slave on the bellhousing your using? When I swapped the nv4500 into my dually I used pedals from a 85 model truck,mc/slave from a 91-92,then got the line from the dealer for a 92 had to do some creative bending but it worked out good. I couldn't find adapters in my area for the tube fittings used on the mc-slave. The line run about 50 dollars around here.
