Power Increase 93 C3500 dually

Could someone tell me what mods on a 1993 TD would product the most power gain without rebuilding the engine?I have already done the following,3" exhaust,97 cooling mod,cold air induction,water-injection,boost 13psi,pump up 1/4 turn.If I do rebuild engine,what mods would give the most power output?

What are your current smoke levels and EGT during a hard pull?

What is the service history for your fuel injection system? How many miles are on your engine? How does your truck perform now, and what are your expectations?

An intercooler appears to be the next step, based on what you've already done.

The engine has 88000 miles on it.In a hard pull I get good smoke, on hard pull,egt around 1100 -1200degs& hard acceleration about 900-1000degs.accel 0-60 13-14 secs.I'm pulling a 11000 lb Jayco 5th wheel and would like to have a little more power.Have had no problems with fuel system.

Exhaust would also be a potential concern. Is this a 3" press bent or mandrel bent system?

I've seen very solid gains going from stock w/o cat/muffler to a 3.5" mandrel system...
