are all the 3/4 ton DB2 pumps the same from year to year?

There is a pump from a 84 3/4 ton truck for sale, I am wondering if this is the same as my pump on my 88 R20 burban. I also have a 83 CC 1ton and I noticed it has a roosamaster pump on it I beleive the serial # starts with DB2 , did Stanadyne have Roosamaster make pumps for them?

I beleive they are all very similar, just different fuel rates and maybe RPM's. I think that Stanadyne and Roosamaster are the same company. I have a couple 6.2 pumps laying around and one is a Roosamaster and one is a Stanadyne, but they are both off of earlier 6.2's.
