Will a harmonic balancer from a 6.5 fit on my 6.2? Part # is 14022671

If the harmonic damper came from a 1992-93 non-electronic engine, yes, it will work fine.

If the harmonic damper came from a 1994 or newer electronic engine, it will not.

This is because the electronic engines incorporate a reluctor wheel positioned just ahead of (or as part of) the crank sprocket, and the snout on the damper is enough shorter to compensate.
