Has anyone experimented with increasing flow across a GM-4 or GM-8 by opening up and polishing the casting on the square exhaust port?

Hop on over to the other site. There's a guy that goes by the name "Quantum Mechanic" who did what you are asking about. Pictures and all.

I've tried twice to post the link but it still doesn't work. The info you're looking for was posted on that site by Ruben on April 28th. The name of the thread is simply, "Intercooler". The easiest way for you to track down the post is to do a Memberlist search for "Ruben". Should get you there.
