454 to 6.5TD swap questions

Hi all
I searched the forum and found little to help me. I want to swap a 6.5TD into a 1999 454 K2500 Sub.
Questions. i have the 6.5 engine harness and the brain. I have been "told" it should bolt right up.

1. torque converter- what will i need?
2. will i need to swap the radiator?
3. what will i need to change with the fuel system?
4. will the AC comp/alternator swap?
5. any other difficult issues?
