Factory STD Piston sizes

Does anyone know what the factory 6.2 actual piston sizes mearsures? They used Pistons labeled "A, B, C, D, E, and G. The service manual says each cylinder was suited with the "best" fit piston. This being the case, what luck has anyone had using "STD" replacement pistons?
