Well I finally did it, broke down and sold the old truck. Well I really gave it away. I didn't even get half of what I had already invested. But hey now I can start looking for that elusive shortbed! :D

I will be in the same boat pretty soon because I will be picking up my 2004 D/A CC 4X4 SB LT tomorrow. I took my 1984 CC 4X4 down to the body shop that painted it so they could touch it up before I sell it. Typical scratches from using/parking it. I know I will be taking a lot less!

I've been thinking of trading mine in, too.

The problem is that I just can't find a 2-door SUV with a cummins, 1-ton diffs (or better, and NO IFS), 39" tires, lockers, dual t-cases and a factory warranty. I guess I'll have to keep shopping around. :D

jcomp - I'll build you one of those and give you a warranty. It will look a lot like a Blazer when I am done and it'll only cost you $100K. If you buy 2, I'll drop the price to $90K each. :D
