I have replaced the engine in my 99 Suburban with a 2002 engine, with less than 300 miles, I purchased from a GM tech that replaced it under warranty. I have installed a host of parts from JK and others including; injection pump, turbo, high pop injectors, 3.5 exhaust, intercooler, gauges, coated exhaust manifolds and cross over pipe and would like to know if -1.94 is still a desirable injector pump setting.

Changing the TDC offset from -.7 to -1.94 added about 3 hp. See my 6.5 Performance (http://forum.thedieselpage.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=006650) thread for better detail.
Great thread. I printed it and can only hope I get similar numbers when complete. I used the Peninsular turbo without wastegate and am curious about performance. Thanks for the reply
